Description: This piece is 4/7 of the 7 days of Sailing campaign. The Great Yonder demonstrates the beauty of adventure on the open water, with breathtaking colours and views behind a classic voyager ship.
 
This collection is inspired by my stepdad Peter Georgiou, a born sailor who snuck off with ships from a very young age in Greece. He now finds himself in Canada missing the water, talking about his adventures sailing across the sea. You can see the longing love in his eye when he speaks of sailing and I wanted to create a collection that can bring the feeling of being at sea into homes. Hopefully some of this collection reaches the aspiring seaman or the sailor with a heart lost to the sea.
